By using Niyazio Marketplace you agree to these terms. 1. Accounts. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information. 2. Listings. Employers, sellers and suppliers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they post. Prohibited, illegal, fraudulent or counterfeit listings will be removed and accounts may be suspended. 3. Store purchases. Products in Niyazio Store are sold by independent suppliers. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified. 4. Classifieds. Classified transactions are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. Niyazio does not hold payments or provide buyer protection for classified transactions. 5. Jobs. Niyazio does not charge candidates to apply. Employers must not request fees from candidates. 6. Fees. Paid features are described on the pricing page before purchase. Store prices shown to customers include a platform fee added to the supplier's base price. 7. Moderation. We may review, reject or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. 8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Niyazio is not liable for the conduct of users or for items and jobs listed by them.
